- Reality Warping: Due to his nature as a fifth-dimensional being, he has virtual omnipotence and capable of changing reality in almost any way he pleases with a mere thought.
- Flight: Mxyzptlk moves by hovering in the air.
- Dimension Travel: He can travel between the third and the fifth dimension.
- Shapeshifting: He is capable of taking on a variety of forms.
- Transformation: He can change the forms of other beings.
- Power Bestowal: He can grant powers to other individuals.
- Mind Swapping: He can transfer consciousnesses of individuals between each other.

Weaknesses
- Kltpzyxym: If Mr. Mxyzptlk says the word "Kltpzyxym" he would be forcibly sent back to the fifth dimension.

Trivia
- Mr. Mxyzptlk is voiced by Gilbert Gottfried who previously voiced him in Superman: The Animated Series and Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
- Interestingly, in the former, Mxyzptlk was designed to match his Golden Age counterpart while in both the latter and this, his design is closer to his Silver Age design.
