A cryogenic super-villain and an enemy of Batman.
Description[]
Mister Freeze is seen as a tall, slim, mature man with drawn, very pale skin and a bald head. He wears a bulky suit of metallic plates with flexible joints and a red light on the chest. His attire continues with thick gloves, moon boots, and is completed by a transparent helmet that encloses his head, under which he wears a pair of goggles with red lenses. All of it seems intended to keep his body at an artificially low temperature. Speaking slowly and quietly in a Germanic accent, he often tells us of his preference for cold and his fear of heat, and is cold-blooded in his dealings with other people.
He makes extensive use of technology and in particular can use a gun that shoots a beam to encase an opponent in ice or just knock them back with the force of the ice. A knife-like piece of ice can extend from his glove to enable him to escape from a net. Freeze has a hideout in Gotham City where he keeps a round, broad, wingless aircraft that looks more like an airship. It takes off vertically and is protected by a force field, and for offense has a freeze ray gun (driven by captive Killer Frost's powers) which can cover the streets of a city with ice. Inside and outside the ship, he can command two hovering, ice-shooting drones to deal with any menace. He can take considerable punishment in combat but can be knocked out with an electrocuting shock.
In one story, his intention is to freeze Gotham City in order to make it a suitable place for him to rule his kingdom. However, in another, he is merely a jewel thief and uses a snowmobile (motor sled) as his mode of transport.
The young, naïve Killer Frost is a fan of his and calls him "the Sultan of Sub-Zero", but Mister Freeze exploits her for his own ends only.

Notes[]
- Many depictions of Mister Freeze are usually treated as tragic characters who do their acts as a means of revenge after their accident and the apparent death of Victor's wife, Nora Fries.
- The design of this version of Freeze is clearly based on the one from The New Batman Adventures, with some elements from Batman the Animated Series, like the purple gloves and boots and the goggles and eyebrows. The black and light blue parts have been respectively switched to light blue and purple. His gloves and boots look rubbery instead of metallic, implying that this one has a body while the TNBA one was wearing a robot suit because of him being a head on four spider legs.
